SCHEDULE OF CHARGES |

Clarion Golf's management and administration charges are based upon our estimation of the hours necessary to make your corporate golf event as good as it can be.
|

|
|
|
Our budgeting for events, including the venue, catering, gifts and prizes is always very accurate.
Additionally we are able to offset a proportion of management charges through efficient sourcing of any promotional merchandise, prizes and other ancillary services like guest speakers or photographers.
Factors which may determine our charges include;
-
the level of pre-event administration required
-
whether a bespoke website is required (a charge of £500.00 is made for this service but it dramatically reduces the chargable administrative hours)
-
the number of participants determines how many Clarion staff are required to attend
-
the location of the venue determines whether staff must stay overnight
-
the equipment required at the event (short wave radios, digital scoreboard etc etc).
