BROCKET HALL GOLF CLUB, HERTFORDSHIRE |

 |
Appropriately, Brocket Hall’s two Championship Golf Courses are named after the Prime Ministers who used to reside at Brocket Hall.
The Melbourne Course features the River Lea wending its way through the Estate with four holes crossing it at various points. Its signature hole, the eighteenth is a par 5 across the water to a well-guarded green with the hall as its spectacular backdrop. Popular with corporate days this course offers a challenge to better golfers and improvers alike.
Similarly you could choose to play the Palmerston Course, a tree lined Championship Course designed by Donald Steele. Eighteen testing holes sculptured through ancient woodland, it offers stunning views from the tees and fairways. Although there are no water hazards to concern you on this one, the undulating and twisting fairways more than compensate.
