Individual player entry - £99.00
1 x team of four players - £396.00
2 x teams of four players - £673.20 (15% discount)
3 x teams of four players - £891.00 (25% discount)

VAT is additional at the prevailing rate.

Terms & Conditions of Entry

1. All fees are payable in advance of the event. Guests maybe refused admission if payment is not received prior to the event date.

2. Payment can be made by Credit/Debit Card or Cheque.

3. No refund will be given if a cancellation is made after 31st August 2009 (email daniela@bpma.co.uk to confirm cancellation).

4. 75% of the total invoice (excluding VAT) will be refunded if a cancellation is made before 1st September.

5. Should you or any of your team be unable to attend, a substitute is welcome at no extra charge. Changes to team player details should be emailed to daniela@bpma.co.uk.
